The pool water was cold,no towels to dry off when getting out of pool,used soap in showers prior to getting in pool,also unrully lacrosse team took over pool area,As for my room looked like lack of maintenance,rust stains in tile cracks //no continetal breakfast for the amount charged as comparable to other hotels in area/1 room attendant smoking in hallway /also my key did not work upon return from the day's excursion,had to get it recharged. more on Travelocity.com
