Surprisingly Good
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I arrived very late and the staff was very helpful in getting me checked in, then called to make sure the room was okay. Extremely disappointing
I booked this hotel in advance on Hotels.com. When we arrived and checked in, we went to the room, unlocked the door, and walked in on someone who had been given the room that we had already paid for.
