We were in town for a big event and all other hotels were booked solid. more on TripAdvisor

I had to clean my own bath tub,there were absolutely no towels in the room upon entering, there were holes in the wall with wires coming out for the TV, my husband had to move the entertainment center over them so my children couldn't get to them,the hair dryer didn't work,I had people calling me at 2,3,&4am, I called the front desk and they told me to unplug my phone. more on PriceLine.com
