we had a hard time checking out. we waited from 6:45 to 7:20 to check out. we understand they don't open the lobby for check out / coffee/etc. until 7:00 but even at that time when we tryed to get the attention of the attendent he was buzy on his phone and total exnorred us. we knocked may times on the door. then ...
