1.0: I checked in to the Hartwell Days Inn on 9/3/06 around 3 pm. Upon receiving my room key (room 132), I proceeded to my car & then drove to Anderson, SC. I never entered the room. I arrived back at the Days Inn around 6pm & entered room 132 for the 1st time. Immediately I noticed 1 of the double beds was broken. I promptly called the front desk to notify them of the issue.
