Not worth $99/night, but it'll do...
I stayed at this hotel while attending the Prince Hall Grand Lodge Annual Session for the Jurisdiction of Georgia 19-23 June. We were told that we had received the "discount" rate of $99/night. The hotel was not worth that much, but it was fair.
