room was not cleaned up to par shelving had fallen off the wall numerous times and was just put up in another spot leaving the old holes floor time area in sink area was not clean and loose dirt on surface more on Hotels.com

The sign said newly remodeled. But some body is telling a fib. more on Hotels.com

You should make sure there are enough towels in room for each guest. We shouldn't have to go to the front office only ... more on Hotels.com
