We rented 5 rooms, one was very dirty. Soda spilled in fridge and the floors were dirty. Roaches were in my room and came out at night. My sister in laws room the roof fell into the bathtub during the night they would not refund my ... more on Yahoo! Travel

When the tile fell in the bath tub at least the manager offered to fix it so they could bath. so there was no reason to "decline". it sounds like an excuse ... more on Yahoo! Travel
