There are many nice new milehigh resorts around but if your looking for a friendly and clean hotel right on the beach check this one out. more on TripAdvisor

There are very good restaurants within a 15 minute drive, or you could hop over to the grocery & load up on breakfast & lunch stuff as all of the rooms have at least a fridge & coffee maker. more on TravelPost.com
