My family and I stayed at the Shamrock Hotel in Dover DE. the weekend of the spring Dover NASCAR Race 2006 and this hotel is not clean at all... There was hair in the shower, snot on the shower walls, burns in the carpet. My husband ... more on Yahoo! Travel
