we had made reservations and they still did not prepare the rooms for our stay. the temperature that nite was around 25 degrees and we had to call to have the heat turned on. In the morning before we left my husband opened the desk ... more on Yahoo! Travel

The phone didn't work, there's only a small spaceheater(is this legal?), no smoke detectors and the doors are hard to unlock. more on Yahoo! Travel
