This hotel was very clean and it had all the amenties that we were looking for. more on Orbitz

I was unhappy about the way the staff treat their customers, I needed an iron for my clothes and since there was none in the room, I asked for one, I had to pick it up from the office and the guy was not very nice, when I called from my room to ask for a cab (just 10 min after I took the iron), the guy was asking me to return the iron. more on Yahoo!
