Worst Experience; Never Again!

Worst hotel experience ever from the time I checked in until the time I checked out! The woman who checked me in had no personality - never smiled! Then I get to my room and not only was it smelly and disgusting, it did not have a frig and microwave;which is the type of room I booked!
