There was a glitch with reserving the room thru the main 800#, and the kind lady at the front desk came to the lobby phone I was on and straightened out the problem for me! more on TripAdvisor

Bottom line: I have switched from Big Box hotels to mid-level places like this to make the math work for what my company allows for T & E expense. more on TripAdvisor
