Yes the rate is cheap but I would compare the room to a prison cell, maintenance way under par and I got the vibe within ten minutes of being there that this is downtown denvers flop hou ... more on TripAdvisor

I Also believe that the good review posted on this motel was done by the owners to try and get business! more on TripAdvisor

Needless to say it doen't look to bad when you approach it in the dark but once you get inside you will find that this motel is NOT clean by any standard. more on TripAdvisor
