Good for those on a budget

Nice guy at desk is a student at my school. Very cheap rate. No one bothered me, and i felt safe. Bed and nearly everything else was clean. Some graffitti. Smells like Pine-Sol. AWFUL, Don't do it!
This place is a dump! It's surrounding area smells like urine. The lobby is so nice but on the inside ... we got a non-smoking room and, what a surprise, it always smelled like cigarettes. Not worth the advertised price
Advertises at a cheap rate, but BE SURE TO HAVE PAPER SIGNED PROVING this before sleeping one night. Otherwise, they will steal double the amount.
