The rooms are huge, with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Very clean, and short walk to the beach. The kids loved it, and we even brought the dog. We could hear the ocean all the time. Below par, but at least it's a roof over your head

We had one of the "suites" which slept 6 people. Basically the layout went like this: Main bedroom with queen bed, a futon that could be used as a bed in the living room, and the dining area next to the kitchen had a bed stuffed in it (rather than a dining room table). Good place with a toddler

We spent two nights in Stinson Beach at the Ocean Court Motel and enjoyed it. As the other reviews state, it's not fancy or modern (phone is across the street, decor is old etc) but it's clean enough and I loved the kitchenette and extra rooms, and especially the TV (and videos in the office).
