Poorly run establishment

There were no bath towels in the room, and many of the light switches didn't work. When I asked for towels, I was brought a small hand towel and two wash cloths. I think rooms had recently been remodeled, attractive & comfortable. One thing missing was the coffee -- there was a small coffee maker, but no packet of coffee,etc. to make ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com
