I tried to make reservations for my daughter's softball team that was coming to Morgan Hill for a tournament. I called this hotel and the person who answered the phone after many rings was not friendly at all. I asked her if they could give us a group discount if we booked all the rooms together ... Very nice surprise!
We booked this hotel for our visit to the Gilroy Outlet mall. We stayed in Morgan Hill based on the recommendation of Tripadvisor.com reviews, which said that Gilroy was not as nice an area as Morgan Hill.
