Crankiest check in/front desk personnel I've ever encountered.

The property is old, showing it's age, and the front desk personnel (who are probably the children of the current owner/managers) are the rudest people I encountered during my 30-day business trip. I know you get what you pay for, and this time it was so true. This hotel is right next to the freeway, so you can hear it very clearly in your room. The hotel staff was okay at check in.
