Staff was questionable in motive. Copied our licenses, then tore them up after protest (identity theft worries) but stated it was comfort inn policy, which is clearly is not. This hotel does not live up to the usual standards of other hotels I have stayed at in this chain. The lobby was dirty. The staff person at reception was unfriendly.
