noisy but OK motel in seedy area

... online due to it's close proximity to the airport. It is on the seedy end of the hotels along Century Boulevard, and really looks seedy as you go down a drab hallway to the office. ... 3(!) hours for the shuttle to come to the airport. (although we called 4 times!)...they always told us the car broke down.
