Condition of bed mattress

Nicely located for me
I appreciated the bathroom/living room separation by a closed door - my wife could continue sleeping while I got up, dressed, etc. The bed was quite comfortable, the TV was nicely located across the room from the two chairs, but there was no view out the window.
