not for tourists or business

This fairly new and well-built facility is managed with a philosophy that is not customer oriented. As a regular business lodger I stay there frequently because of an employer contract. My associates and I have all observed the frequency the manager gets into arguments with full fare paying guests over matters usually addressed more amicably by other similar hotels. We have observed that elderly and infirm guests are not offered any assistance in moving their luggage to their room.
