clean and comfortable

The owners are great. Shannon was like a tour guide for us upon checking in. Very friendly and very clean. Pets are welcomed and I felt like at home. We are staying here for a month for business. Loved It

This is the best motel in Burney. Charming and clean, with a personal touch to it. Rooms are spacious and most have kitchenettes. personal service not a myth

the desk person was friendly and went out of her way to make me comfortable, i was given road conditions and info on nearby attractions, she accompanied me to my room to assure me that all was well and oriented me to one quirky lightswitch, i had room 8, a combo of two rooms for myself and 2 kids... needmoneytotravel, a user of Tripadvisor. Great Stay

Exactly what we were looking for in a small town. Very reasonable even over the holiday weekend. Front staff great. Menu's for the town's restraunts provided so you can see what you are in for before you get there. Stayed in room 5 which had a small extra room with two twin beds for the kids. Roo...
