Bad facilities, rude service

I have been staying with travel lodge since the mid 1950%rsquos. My recent stay in Berkeley was very unpleasant. The room was just barely acceptable, the carpet was very dirty. This alone we could live with. But, after we checked in I could not phone out (dialing 9 gave me a busy tone). I phoned the office and ask them to unblock it.
