Scary Experience
Of note: this hotel is no longer a Best Western, but is now called "Best Rest Heritage Inn". My friend and I (2 woman) stayed here for one night. I would never stay here again! Very helpful staff!
I booked us for four nights, March 18-22, 2004. I had to cancel the first night because our flights were delayed due to a snowstorm. Even though the auto club guide noted a cancellation charge, the desk clerk said there would be no charge. We finally arrived a day late. I asked to see the room be...
