Dead insects in the coffee decanter; brown sludge in the coffee maker water reservoir; burn holes from cigarette in my bed sheets; an iron that dispensed brown water & debris onto my dress shirt; and towels so ragged they should have been disposed of last year.....just a few of the joys ... We spent two days at the Ramada Inn in Batesville, Arkansas. We were traveling with my step-dad and his beloved dog. I was traveling with my 11 year old son. 1.0: Needs a good cleaning and repairs

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada one night. We drove up and the curb appeal and lobby wear pretty nice. We checked in and headed for our room. When we opened the door, we noticed that the room smelled bad. It was a mildew, dirty carpet kind of oder. It was late and we were already checked in so we decided to just deal with it.
