Located 1.3 miles west of downtown Lake Havasu City. Traveling on I-40: Exit south on SR 95 proceeding to Lake Havasu. Turn left on Mesquite Avenue. Turn right onto Lake Havasu Avenue and turn left onto Mcculloch Boulevard. The Motel 6 will be on the left
