excellent service......
On March 11, the whole town of Globe was showered with snow and me and my family was stranded as all the roads were closed and all the motels were fully booked in the town. Checkin clerk was friendly but lacked training. The room had not been vacuumed, sinks, tubs and toilets had not been sanitized (sanitized them myself), one hand towel had lipstick and makeup stains, bed did have clean sheets. Our first room was filthy. Second room I would rate a 5 on a 1-10 scale. I was told they didn't have any clean towels. An hour later the girl brought me two holey pool towels.
