Acceptable lodging

The Globe Comfort Inn was acceptable and we had a clean room. However, we did have a biling issue. The room we stayed in had a broken air conditioner so we politely went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. Fortunately, they had one available and moved us. However, when I checked out I noticed that my Choice Privileges account was not on the bill and I had given the number to the check in clerk.
