From check-in to check-out I could not find a single positive thing to say about this place. We stayed 9/8/04 in the older part of the motel. It was all filthy, the walls, carpet, tub, toilet,doors. Advise against staying at Scottish Inn, Troy, Alabama. General condition of entire property is very poor. Missing wallpaper and holes in hallways. Rags stuffed in cracked windows. Had reservations for 2 days. Arrived at 5:00 p.m. Got a room in the older part of the "motor court".
