5.0: Handicapped room users take note

This hotel is brand new and is beautifully appointed for an express style establishment. We stayed here en route to the Florida panhandle for our family vacation. At check in we were given the wrong room. We checked in with our family of four and were sent to a King suite which clearly would not sleep all of us.
