Its good if you have no other place to stay
I recently stayed in this hostel. It was altogether a different experience from hostels in UK or EU. There's no AC and its an old bldg. I guess the hostel rooms are not maintained properly. The Mark Twain hostel is ideally located on Farmington Avenue in Hartford, CT . Farmington Avenue takes you right down the street to downtown Hartford and is off the E bus line.
