This is a very nice hotel on the outskirts of Madison, and is just about 5 minutes away from the town center. more on TripAdvisor

Therefore, we immediately returned to the check-in clerk who was apologetic and kind enough to give us keys to another room which was properly prepared for us. more on TripAdvisor

Our room on 2nd floor was non smoking and no odors. more on TripAdvisor
