This is a wonderful place!

We have been seasonal campers at Tidewater Campground for almost a decade & have never had any problems whatsoever. In my opinion, the negative reviews have vastly overstated any complaints they may have. Yes, there are rules & yes, they are rigourously enforced. I was absolutely horrified when I stopped in to see my family at this campground. In stopping into the front desk to enquire the site number of my family who had traveled a great distance to camp near us, the lady barked that if I wanted to see my family it was $5 per person and I had to be out o... Campground was nice.Very quiet ant etc but owner very unfreindly. Very rude.

The campground was nice.Very clean and quiet.But owner was rude and etc.Kept yelling that i was speeding in campground,one night she said i was speeding but as she was telling me this,two kids passed me walking in.Also i had company visit unexpectedly ,the owner came down to see me and told me ... masshimself, a user of Tripadvisor. If you love having to follow lots of rules on your vacation.......

If you love having to follow lots of rules on your vacation, this is the place for you! No visitors (even family) after 9pm. Only 2 adults per site Car speed = walking speed enforced! Do yourself a favor and don't stay here

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, and will definitely never return. I have chosen this campground because of its proximity to the beach and the pool, which my daughter likes.
