Wonderful stay at the Big Moose Inn

... After a drenching thunderstorm and 30 degree temperature drop on our Penobscot rafting trip, we were basically just looking for a warm dry place to stay but we found so much more. ... at Big Moose Inn before whitewater rafting. We had a long drive to get there. We were hungry when we arrived, but found that both the restaurant and snack bar were only open wednesday-Sunday. A bit of comfort in the middle of nowhere
