Directions

From Glasgow, KY: Take 31-E south for 4 mi; turn right on 252, which will cross the dam in 8 mi. The Tailwater entrance road is at the south end of the dam. Follow signs into recreation area. Approximately 19 miles from Bowling Green, KY.

Miscellaneous

• Additional Info: Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends. The campground is open year round. Controlled access and fee collection is from mid-April through mid-September. Restrictions include: maximum of 6 people and 2 vehicles per site, pets must be on a leash, no alcohol allowed, visitor fees charged, and No ATVs allowed. For more information, call the campground at (270)622-7732 or the Corp Project office at (270)646-2055. OUT-OF-STATE FIRE WOOD IS PROHIBITIED! Leave firewood at home; do not transport it to campgrounds or parks. Use firewood from local sources. If you have moved firewood, burn all of it before leaving your campsite.
