Directions

From I-75 take exit 320 (LaFayette/Resaca) west on Georgia Hwy 136 for approximately 14 miles. Turn left onto Pocket Road for approximately 7 miles, the recreation area will be on the left. The second driveway will take you to the Picnic Shelter.

• Additional Info: The Picnic Shelter is open year round There is no electricity/water/sewer site hook-ups at this picnic area. Please bring your own drinking water. Maximum of 75 people, then a fee group use permit is required. If the event is commercial, a special permit is needed.
