Over-priced and disappointing
We live in San Francisco and love to go to the beautiful Point Reyes area for getaway weekends. We have stayed at several properties in the area, and decided to give Blackthorne Inn a try, because we were intrigued by their “Eagle’s Nest” room, which looks kind of like a tree house. On their web site, this room and the property are described as “magical,” “luxurious”, and “romantic”. Balderdash! Great Inn for a Quirky Getaway
Blackthorne Inn is a great place to stay if you really want to get away from it all. It's a beautiful Inn in a very unique building. Looks more like a treehouse / log cabin than a traditional B&B.
