Pfeiffer Beach, the best place to watch the sunset in Big Sur, is one of the few beaches in all of Big Sur that has road access. more on igougo

When we got there around 12 pm we were told that the previos occupants had not vacated the site yet, AND that there was no place we could park and wait so come back later. 1PM I return after leaving my girl at the resturant up the street (which was yummy) I am now told that they do not have a site available for us at all unless I want to swith sites ever other night. more on CampRate.com

Yet the road to this beautiful fine-sand beach remains unmarked to keep more on igougo

The facilities were dirty and the only real plus was the laundry room where we could wash the clothes that knocked into the dirt from the rude people and the closeness of the store and restaurant up the road. more on CampRate.com
