As the holiday travel season closely approaches, it’s no surprise that this has been a tough year to travel. Because of this, many travel operators, hotels and inns are offering exceptional travel deals and giveaways. It’s likely that the number of travel deals will continue to increase as the holidays get closer. With that in mind, Trazzler and Fairmont Hotels  have teamed up on Twitter to offer a two-night getaway at a Fairmont Hotel and Resort in the United States or Canada. The last hotel giveaway they are offering ends this upcoming week.

Trazzler and Fairmont Hotels have given away two getaways so far, and are giving away the last one this Thursday. To participate, you’ll have to go to Trazzler’s Twitter page and read their tweets on Trazzler trips. At 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, they will post a question, with the answer to the question appearing in one of their tweets from earlier in the day.  The first person to tweet the correct answer, will win a two-night hotel stay at a Fairmont Hotel and Resort in the United States or Canada.

While all the many social media websites ask a question, like Twitter’s ”what are you doing?” question, Trazzler takes the same approach. Trazzler asks the question, “where should I go?”? The travel website recommends trips based on your travel location, preferences and personality, which you set when you sign up for an account. Trazzler is very social and offers many chances to interact on their site, including many different contests.

The Fairmont brand of hotels and resorts have quietly established themselves as an industry leader among luxury hotels. The first hotel opened in 1907 in San Francisco and the brand has grown to include hotels and resorts around the world. Fairmont continues to grow, as there are 20 hotels in development in Dubai, Vail, Shanghai and many other cities.
