The Interior of the Fan House B & B

The Interior of the Fan House B & B

Woodstock, Vermont, and the surrounding towns – Quechee, Barnard, and Killington, are truly the quintessential New England destination.  With charming shops, delicious restaurants, and world-class skiing located right nearby, these towns have something for everyone – in all seasons!  While this area boasts a variety of lodging types, from moderate chain hotels off the highway to deluxe lodges, I prefer to stay at the quaint bed and breakfasts located throughout the region.

One bed and breakfast, the Fan House B&B, in Barnard, Vermont, is offering a one night free for two nights booked promotion for stays between between Sunday and Wednesday nights (promotion does not include Friday and Saturday).  Barnard is located right near Quechee, Woodstock, and Killington, and is easily accessible off the highway.

The Fan House, listed as a “best place to stay” by Travel + Leisure Magazine, is a European-style three-room bed and breakfast.  All three rooms have bathrooms en suite, and two of the rooms have a queen bed, while the third room, the Fireplace Suite, has a king bed.  The B&B offers luxurious linens, including 300-count sheets, deluxe toiletries, beautiful gardens, a delicious breakfast, private in-room massage treatments, and private yoga sessions.

Sara, the owner of the Fan House, is happy to help you arrange any special activities, including skiing, sleigh rides, hot air balloon rides, hiking, and snowshoeing.
