Mondrian Scottsdale is a vision of modern glamour. The LA Times calls it “An Oasis of Cool in the Desert.”
Designed by Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz for a new generation of sophisticated global travelers, this modern, urban resort is pure surprise as you walk through the gates. Seen from the street-side there’s no hint of the eccentric decor within.
But once you walk into the courtyard amassed with bougainvillea and a cooling fountain, the pure white lobby draped with double-height white curtains and antique mirrors is the epitome of a modern Garden of Eden.
Plan on getting there early enough to enjoy a cocktail in the Red Bar before dinner. The name barely describes the colors. The room is a luscious combination of textiles and textures, all a vibrant scarlet color.
You don’t have to go far to get a great meal. Jeffrey Chodorow’s Asia de Cuba blends elements of Asian and Cuban cuisine, meant to be served “sharing-style” in the sophisticated yet relaxed environment. The clean, sleek surroundings are ultra modern and ultra glamourous.
Two pools offer refreshing respite from the sun. The main pool is long enough for the serious lapper, and the serenity pool has the soothing sounds of a fountain. And right next to the main pool is Agua, a full service spa that has state-of-the-art services in an elegantly beautiful and peaceful setting.
Join the new generation of sophisticated travelers. Experience boutique hospitality at its best in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Wow! Now that’s what I call hip. The photos are great. They really show what this place is about. I’d like to stay here some day.
What a spectacular place. I lived i n Phoenix for 11 years and there was nothing like this back then. I would love to check it out, and the rates don’t seem to be all that bad. Great photos!
