This is truly a gorgeous area. I can’t possibly convey to others (who haven’t been to the Land Between the Lakes) just how peaceful and relaxing this part of Kentucky is. Like all Kentuckians, the people around the lakes are incredibly warm and friendly – they treat you like they’ve known you all of your life!
The catfish, hot browns, hush puppies, potatoes, sweet tea, and pecan pies at the local restaurants are also something dreams are made of. Whatever you do, bring your appetite and your camera!
