If the Intercontinental name sounds familiar, it may be because you’ve stayed at one of the many different Intercontinental brands before. They are one of the biggest hotel brands in the world, owning and operating the Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, Crowne Plaza and others. Although most of Intercontinental’s hotel brands are budget hotels for the business traveler, the brand’s pride and joy is the luxurious Intercontinental hotel, which you can usually find in city centers in major cities around the world. Located directly on the Avenue of Stars in Century City, the Los Angeles hotel puts guests right in the middle of it all. If you’re flying in and out of LAX Airport, it is located just 10 miles from the hotel.
