Great Vermont Inn with fab restaurant

Our family wanted to visit New England to see the colors changing. We are from New Jersey and believe it or not, have never taken our kids to New England in the fall. The kids are now 16 and 18 so they are almost mature adults and great to travel with. They love to see the world and enjoy good dining like we do so we have a great time with them. Vermont Inn - Knockout Gourmet Food and Good VT Life

We travel over to Vermont from Boston for long weekends. We are wine brokers so I can't say we ever "get away" because we'll end up selling our wines wherever we are. We always seem to pass through New Hampshire on our getaways and end up on the other side of the river in Vermont. Just habit or the fact that my husband went to Dartmouth and he's seen enough of New Hampshire. I promise to stop there the next trip - when I'm on my own.
