Really Unpleasant Experience

My wife and I are loyal trip advisor users, and made our decision to stay here in large part because of the reviews. But what we experienced bore no resemblance to any of them. First of all, we booked the library room, which is the only room on the first floor, right off of the kitchen and dining room, and with the deck where breakfast was served right outside of our window. We had absolutely no privacy. The walls were paper thin, and bathroom was two feet from the dining room. We've stayed at better B & B's

First thing we noticed when we were showed our room is that there's no airconditioning. There is a window fan but when it's raining really hard like it was when we were there windows have to be closed. A ceiling fan would have been much better.
