An excellent Retreat
They say when one sense is deprived, another gets enhanced. At the Maple Leaf Inn, sounds of silence permeate the hall (due to the inn's location far off a not to busy road and the fact that the inn, although made to look like a 19th cenutry farmhouse, was actually constructed in 1994) and vision... travelethan, a user of Tripadvisor. Picture Perfect and Quaint
The Maple Leaf Inn is more wonderful than you can ever imagine. My fiance and I traveled to VT for a weekend getaway and found all we could ask for and more at this quaint and picture perfect inn. Outstanding in every respect!! STAY HERE!!!
This place was really outstanding!! We found it in the VT Travel Guide and sometimes you're not sure just by looking at pictures, etc. about a specific property. Gary and Janet served up a little slice of Heaven at the Maple Leaf Inn (located in Barnard, VT about 9 miles from Woodstock). The rooms are large, very well appointed and immaculate. Directions
From intersection I-89 and I-91, take I-89 north 3 miles to Exit #1, proceed west on Rte. 4 to Woodstock (12 miles) then proceed north on Rte. 12 to Barnard (10 miles) - look for sign on right.
