Amazingly over priced and needs pest control

We stayed at the Mariposa B&B for two nights in April 2006. We stayed in the Travis room. The Mariposa has nice grounds (horses, cows, lots of land). Now, the negatives: The breakfast is ok, but it is served quite late (starting at 9am). There doesn't seem to be an easy way to contact the staff of the facility in the evening or at night.
